Systems Institute RAS. The extension of telecommunication system of Pereslavl-Zalessky is connected narrowly with educational and cultural area of the town. Pereslavl is already more 800 years old and it has excellent monuments of Middle Ages. But in the network resources of the town isn't reflected its reach cultural legacy. In last years in town is observed the increase of the interest to scientific information about history and culture of Pereslavl. The electronic publication "The iconographic subjects guide the "Apocalypse the Trinity Cathedral in Pereslavl-Zalessky" will promote to spreading of such information in Internet network and will make it accessible to specialists and everybody who is interested in art and culture of medieval Russia. The Apocalypse is one the most mysterious and popular books in Christianity. Its subject are common in fine arts of Europe. But in Byzantine-Russian art the subject of Apocalypse was seldom used. In Russia the most significant monument of art on this subject is mural painting in the Trinity Cathedral in Pereslavl-Zalessky which was executed pending the end of the world (1662-1668). It was the first self-depending work of Gury Nikitin, the eminent painter of the monumental painting of the 17-th century. The Apocalypse from Pereslavl is interesting both monument of art and iconographical resource. Therefore the authors of project want make that guide, which will introduce the program of this excellent mural painting and will compare it with others famous monuments. The type of publication is the site of iconographical subjects guide, sited in the server UCHCOM (http://uchcom.botik.ru) of the Uchcom laboratory of the Program Systems Institute of the Russian Academy of Science. The project is carried Open Society Institute (Soros foundation)- ( grant N PCD 847). Leading which this work the authors intend to begin the description of the monuments of history and culture of Pereslavl-Zalessky in Internet network. The list and the scheme of the compositions
